• Warranty Coverage: Demo notebooks and accessories come with a 3-month limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.

• Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or wear and tear.

• Claims: For warranty claims, please contact our customer services with your order details and issue description. Approved claims will be eligible for repairs, replacements, or refunds.

• Payment Methods: We accept Credit/Debit Cards, EFT, and Peach Payments.

• Refunds: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours for a full refund. Refunds for defective items will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.

• Return Period: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition & returned in its original packaging.

• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. Should you receive the incorrect product the responsibility lies with Omni Technical Solution to rectify the mistake and ensure that the correct product is sent.
